Selling Air

I was just watching tv here in this hospital room and I saw this ad for hershey chocolate that has air in it.  I ask felicia why on earth you would buy chocolate with air in it unless they are charging less but we all know they don't and she said because its less calories, my response was why don't u just buy normal and cut it in half, she didn't have a response.  DOES ANYONE HAVE A RESPONSE?! this is what im going to do while felicia is here- constant complaining, stay tuned!

My wife's conversation today with the receptionist at the obgyn office

"I'm here for my 7:30am ultrasound"
"Sorry, you don't have an appointment"
"But the paperwork I had scheduled them weekly through today"
"Well we don't have you listed for one today"
"Well can I at least schedule my ones for the month of february?"
"You have to have a note from the doctor to schedule them"
"I did, I gave it to you when I scheduled the month of january"
"Sorry, you already used that one"
"But it said weekly ultrasounds till the baby comes out"
"Yes but you only scheduled through last week"
"So because I didn't schedule them for 2 months your not going to schedule me without another note?"
"Correct, and by the way your doctor's appointment is at 945am today"
"I know that because when I scheduled the appointment I left time for the non stress test in between the ultrasound and the doctor"
"Yes, but we don't have you for an ultrasound today, you didn't schedule it"
"They why do I have a paper at home that says I do?"
"Well you don't, please I have to take the next person now"
"But there's no one else here!!"
"Thank you and see you 15min early for your dr appt""
"Gahh!!!"

Cereal?

So i've been very angry about cereal recently and i thought i would share my thoughts.  who eats cereal? i do when i am at work during the summer when i don't have the ability to cook and to me thats all it seems good for, a good second breakfast, but as a first breakfast? if your eating cereal because its quick and easy, try waking up an extra fifteen minutes early and cook some bacon or whatever you do to make a real breakfast.  put down the processed corn that now tastes like apples and eat something good for you.  you'll get the people who say eating those breakfast foods like bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, french toast, waffles, ect isn't good for you all the time and my question is why? whats the difference between taking one of those pills to make your cholesterol all better and eating a food that is processed, put in a box, left at room temperature for months and is somehow still good?  last time i checked, food that has an experation date longer than six months are usually things like ketchup, mustard, twinkies, and spam, you know the things that according to urban legend the things that will survive the nuclear holocaust and does that mean we should add cereal to that list?  do we want our children eating that kinda stuff every day when you can have eggs or pancakes, also known as a healthy breakfast?  where is this fruit that is in cereal?  normal fruit cant last a week without refrigeration so how can this processed stuff last months and are still considered healthy?  maybe the government should stop looking at bake sales and look at what they are recommending we eat, either that or just step off totally and realize where the line is that they crossed.  and these are the same people who use words like unsweetened or inflammable.  who takes the time to make unsweetened ice tea, because adding the prefix un means that you are removing the item, so if you ask for unsweetened ice tea they need to take a sweetened tea and remove the sweetening, how about they realize that they should have called it nonsweetened.  i think i saw a guy drinking an unsweetened ice tea while i was getting on the highway yesterday, well barely saw the guy.  this guy was driving in the fog and rain without his headlights on,  i thought there was something that said if you have your wipers on you should have your headlights on, at least thats what they told me at drivers ed.  there is no one in the left lane and this guy makes sure to stay in the right so i cannot get on the highway without waiting for him, i was like hey skeezix, next time have your seven year old drive, hes got more common sense then you already.  this is what happens when you eat cereal every morning, you end up driving down the road in the fog and rain while drinking an unsweetened ice tea that was never sweetened so it couldn't be un and ignoring everyone on the road of life, so stop eating cereal, eat some bacon and waffles and realize everyone is around you and your just in my way!

stupid computers restarting when they want

So I was going to write a nice entry for my blog since I didnt have any inspiration but suddenly this stupid computer that I bought for my wife last March which by the way I got a really good deal at Best Buy, I got it on sale, plus I forced them to give me the wireless printer for $40 even though they said with the rebate it was $60 and retail $100 because online it said it was on sale for $60 and then online it allowed the rebate with the purchace of a new computer to be used where in the store they said I had to choose but I had printed off everything including the cart online so they had to match their own price, those suckers but anyway, the computer i guess is restarting randomly which it decided to do to me while i was creating this first post which is ok here because it saved it but what happened if it didnt get saved? with all the new technology they got rid of the button that says "hey stupid, do you want to restart your computer so this stuff installs/uninstalls properly?" and you could click no, i want to keep doing what im doing because i clicked install an hour ago and now im writing a letter to the dalhi lama so i dont want to restart, ask me again in 7hrs, 14min, and 38seconds but no, lets get rid of that so your in the middle of filling out the paperwork for the nomination the kaiser of germany and suddenly your computer restarts and you loose everything, do computer manufacturs really think this is better? are they that stupid? i just dont understand anymore what is going through all their minds, they should be getting rid of that stupid box that comes up do you want to really install this, yes i want to install this, i already clicked ok on the software itself, why is it your problem to ask me again, dont you have some abomination to help along like banks or helping people complain about snow? snow is the best form of precipitation there is, would you rather have to deal with flooding rains that seep through your clothes and get you wet and cold or would you like little pieces of ice that i have no problems driving on with my front wheel drive car yet you with the subaru seem to stop on the hill and wonder why you have trouble getting up, yes while 4/all wheel drive cars do go better in snow, 1, neither go through flood waters, 2, it doesnt matter if your too cheap to buy tires, and 3, it doesnt help that you dont know how to drive the thing so how about you give me the subaru and move to florida or buy a snow mobile that doesnt care you stopped dead on a hill and now wonder why your sliding backwards with your foot on the break, oh whats that? its call gravity, ask your 7 year old and they will tell you all about it, and while your at it, just let them drive, they would probably make it there with the car in one piece where you seem to have a scratch down the side from that tree so now your going to pay $1500 to get it painted, what ever happened to you realizing your an idiot, grabbing a can from cap or autozone and just doing it yourself, oh thats right you need to fix the scratch on your car that is your fault but you cant pay your mortgage this month because of it, again, put your 7 year old in charge of your finances, they would do a better job than you, take down the facade and suck it up, hit it with some primer so it doesnt rust and when the next idiot hits you in  the same spot you dont have to go, man i just got this fixed, plus that way that idiots insurance pays for it, not you, so suck it up and realize that a car is like a human, the ones that are all dolled up pretty on the outside but the engine doesnt work right in it (soul-your a horrible human being) or you just want to flash your cash so i guess i came to a round about way of saying that for the money we pay we should get what we want, in this case computers restarting

So I used to rant all the time on one of the forums that one of my friends runs so I decided I would start ranting again about random things but this time in blog form.  I will attempt to put some of the old ones as I don't have much time right now to actually make new ones but as I gain more time and inspiration I shall rant with all my heart.
